  15.      The _m_c_o_g_a_m_m_a command allows the setting of the gamma lookup table
  16.      directly for each output of the MultiChannel Option. This command affects
  17.      the MultiChannel Option only, and has no effect on the standard graphics
  18.      output.

  22.           Specify which graphics pipe number to use. In a machine with a
  23.           single graphics pipe, this must be set to zero.

  27.           from zero to five.

  31.           text file of 1024 lines; each line has three integers from 0 to
  32.           1023, in ASCII format, separated by white space. The three integers
  33.           represent the red, green, and blue output intensities respectively,
  34.           for this entry.

  36.           For instance, a file corresponding to a gamma of 1.0 would look like
